if you change your last name you have to get a new social security card and drivers license, you can get the ss card at your local social security office, its a very simple process, you can still keep the same number the name just changes. and you can go to the dmv with your marriage certificate to change that over. you can choose to take his last name or hyphenate it, that's up to you
