What's wrong with my gun?

First, confirm that you have the correct ammo. You need 9x19mm no others. There are other 9mm ammo that will chamber but are shorter, example 9x18 makerov and 9x17 kurz (.380) If you have the wrong ammo, that could cause the problem. I owned a gun like yours several years ago, then marketed as Bryco Jennings Nine, I never had a single problem with mine. Have a gunsmith look at it and he will tell you if you should send it back under warranty.
