You have a very good offense, with the excetption of your outfield, but you shouldn't worry about it. As for your pitching, It does not look all that good. If there is anything holding you back from a championship, it's your starting pitching. You need to go out and frade for one, and you relief pitchers are not that good either. If anybody, you should trade paul konerko and/or starlin castro. Some teams may not have a shortstop.
