Find a treat that she loves and when she acts up say calm down and when she does give her a treat. If u keep doing this your dog will relise that if she wants a treat she is going to have to calm down.

Beginner diving help!!?

Well I just started diving practices last week and i need help! i have basics down and my coach is trying to help me do a front pike dive. i know its so simple but im so scared! i tryed once at a practice but i flopped and i cant get myself to do it again! I know i can do it and i want to i just need help! My coach kept on trying to get me to do it again but no matter what she says or does i cant do it!!!!

Im 14 and sometimes when i am walking around i would get light headed and my vision would get so blurry that i cant see and one time i fell down and i was flopping around like a fish i couldnt controll it when ever its done i feel fine but my mouth feels funny what is this and what should i do about it? Plz help im worried
