Fantasy baseball trade?

I'm being offered a trade, Ubaldo Jimenez for Justin Verlander? Both are top tier but Jimenez has a 7.20 ERA which is horrendous. Know he'll turn it around but when. Want to make the trade in the next six hours before the guy changes his mind.
